Flavors of Hawaii Travel through the landscapes of Waimea and Hamakua to discover the true richness of the Island of Hawaii’s cuisine. This unique culinary experience takes you off the beaten path to small boutique farms, where you’ll personally meet with farmers at their farm & residence. Learn their history and how they’ve selected and developed their crops; from cacao to vanilla, to teas developed with expertise from around the world. Experience and savor how the introduction of new cultures and flavors helped create a cuisine for today’s rich and varied palette. This tour will give you a taste of a behind-the-scenes farm to table experience that will heighten your senses and delight your palate. The day culminates with a three-course meal and glass of wine at Pueo’s Osteria.

Dress Code:

Guests should wear closed-toe walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen and a light sweatshirt or jacket.

Restrictions : Must be able to walk over uneven terrain and slight inclines. Ages 12+
